Construction of a commercial building with warehouse included
Design and built of one 1300 m² commercial area building and one 900 m² industrial area building. The commercial building have been built over 3 existing building that have been incorporated into. In situ external concrete walls, 1300 m² structural steel structure and trimdech roofing. 510 m² of office, metal stud internal framing with plasterboard wall linings with paint finish. Timber internal doors, 400 m² lay in grid suspended ceiling, 1200 m² of vinyl floor.
External work included 900 m² of concrete slab for storage area and car parking. One industrial building area made from structural steel and trim deck roofing and cladding.
